How long does it take for my payment to be confirmed?

We confirm payments within 24 hours on business days. If you pay on a weekend or public holiday, your payment will be confirmed on the next working day.

What happens if I forget to include my name or email when sending proof of payment?

Without your name and email, we won’t be able to match your payment to your order. Always include your first and last name and the email address you’d like us to send the intake form to. If you forgot to add it to your initial email, just reply to your initial email with your first & last name and the email address you’d like us to send the intake form to.

What if the screenshot I send isn’t clear?

Please make sure your screenshot clearly shows the amount, date, and reference of your payment. If anything is missing, we may ask you to resend it.

When will I get my deliverables after payment is confirmed?

Once your payment is confirmed and your intake form is submitted, we’ll start working on your package immediately. The Remote Career Strategy Package is typically delivered within 5-7 business days.

Do you accept international bank transfers?

No, we only accept direct deposits and bank transfers from local Jamaican bank accounts. If you’re outside of Jamaica and would like to make a purchase, you can use our secure online payment gateway to pay with your card instead.
