How long does it take for my payment to be confirmed?

We confirm payments within 24 hours on business days. If you pay on a weekend or public holiday, your payment will be confirmed on the next working day.

What happens if I forget to include my name or email when sending proof of payment?

Without your name and email, we won’t be able to match your payment to your order. Always include your first and last name and the email address you’d like us to send the intake form to.
